Honey Porridge and Berries
Ingredients

1 cup of porridge or wholegrain rolled oats

1 cup of boiled water

1 bag of any dried fruit and seeds. (My bag had dried golden berries, mulberries, goji, blueberries and acai seeds).

Fresh fruit (I used blueberries and raspberries).

2 tsp pure honey (I recommend using set honey as it's less messy!).

Method

Add 1 cup of porridge or wholegrain rolled oats to a bowl

Add 1 cup of boiled water and mix. Create the consistency you like by either adding more water to make it runnier or more porridge to make it thicker. (I like a smooth consistency that is not too runny and not too thick).

Now add 2 tsp pure honey and mix.

Add 2 tbsp of the dried berry and seed mix and place fresh fruit on top.
