Chicken, Hummus and Sweet Chilli Wraps
Ingredients

1 chicken breast

1 red pepper
-
Hummus
-
Salad leaves (any)
-
1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (optional)

Wholemeal wraps

1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Method

Slice chicken into strips

Warm 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken. Then season with salt and pepper.

Fry for 10 minutes, turning so the chicken is cooked evenly on all slides. Now add 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce and stir.

Lay the wrap on a plate and spread 1 tbsp hummus evenly inside the wrap

Place a handful of salad leaves on top with the chopped peppers

Place the Chicken on top

Roll the wrap around the filling to make a parcel and eat
