Chicken, Hummus and Sweet Chilli Wraps


  • 1 chicken breast 

  • 1 red pepper 

  • Hummus 

  • Salad leaves (any)

  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce (optional) 

  • Wholemeal wraps 

  • 1tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  1. Slice chicken into strips

  2. Warm 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan and add the chicken. Then season with salt and pepper.

  3. Fry for 10 minutes, turning so the chicken is cooked evenly on all slides. Now add 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce and stir.

  4. Lay the wrap on a plate and spread 1 tbsp hummus evenly inside the wrap

  5. Place a handful of salad leaves on top with the chopped peppers

  6. Place the Chicken on top 

  7. Roll the wrap around the filling to make a parcel and eat
